6 HOURS OF CE CREDIT*
CE for Doctors Qualified to Practice Acupuncture**

Rescue Remedy Acupuncture
What are effective treatments for acupuncture emergencies? In this seminar we will explore how to treat common complaints, patients in crisis, and acute syndromes. We will break each syndrome down into what points to choose, other modalities to consider as well, diagnosis, and any useful herbal formulas. Participants will learn a wide range of clinically useful techniques, review case studies, and benefit from live demonstrations. This seminar will help reinforce how to treat quickly and effectively, so that you don't spend time scrambling for a book when you get a crisis patient early Monday morning.

Topics will include:
• Pain syndromes covered will be acute pain disorders such as migraines, headaches, joint pain, low back pain, sciatica, and shoulder pain
• Other syndromes covered will be sinus congestion, allergy flare-ups, anxiety, stress, depression, and acute digestive complaints
• Guidelines and standards for clean and safe clinical practice of acupuncture
• Appropriate treatment for a variety of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
• Along with exploring the patterns of diagnosis, we will also discuss point prescriptions, other useful modalities, and herbal formulas
• Case studies and live demonstrations will also be employed to help retain information

* Doctors not meeting the requirements to practice acupuncture as defined by the TN Board of Chiropractic Examiners will not receive CE credits for this 6 hour session.

** Please refer to the TN Board of Chiropractic Examiners rules and regulations 0260-02-.02 SCOPE OF PRACTICE and 0260-02-.12 CONTINUING EDUCATION, for requirements and eligibility for this CE seminar.

Additional 2 hours of DC Program offered to 6 hour DC Acupuncture attendees only, immediately following acupuncture session, from 4pm - 6pm on Friday.
